The 2025 "Gate" International Rope Rescue Technology Invitational Competition was held from November 6 to 9 at the Hunan Regional Rescue Hengyang Center. As an important platform for international rescue technology exchanges, this event attracted a total of 13 professional teams and 91 elite players from Thailand, Hungary, Singapore, Spain and other countries and provinces to actively participate, and nearly 2,000 Chinese and foreign rescuers and enthusiasts observed and learned on the spot. Relying on the unique landform advantages of Hengyang's "majestic, strange, dangerous and secluded", the event carefully designed eight major group projects such as "Qingyun Zhizhi", "Green Raincoat and Green Hat" and "Black Hole Accretion", vividly simulated high-altitude rescue, field rescue, vehicle falling into the river, trapped personnel, medical assistance and other emergency situations in real scenes such as canyons, cliffs, bridges, and water, and comprehensively tested the rescue skills, medical technology, equipment application, teamwork and emergency response capabilities of the team members. Among them, the use of heavy machinery and the construction of the rope bridge system by UAV towing demonstrate the empowerment of science and technology, such as the climbing of the 50-meter Quanxi Bridge and the erection of the 168-meter T-shaped crane rope bridge, which have become the highlights of the event because they are highly close to actual combat and extremely difficult, vividly demonstrating the professional charm of rope rescue "strength and skills". In the process of preparing for the docking of the event, the Hengyang Municipal People's Government provided strong support, led by the Hengyang Emergency Management Bureau, and held a guarantee work scheduling meeting with municipal departments and relevant units, and all parties reached a guarantee consensus of "full support + technical support + safety coverage", laying a solid foundation for the efficient promotion of the work. After the meeting, the Hengyang Emergency Management Department carried out three rounds of surveys on the event venue, focusing on key indicators such as the stability of the pit slope, the load-bearing capacity of the bridge, the building structure, and the flow rate of the water required by the venue, and simultaneously implemented prevention and control measures to ensure safety support; Deploy advanced equipment such as DJI M30T UAVs, Sany Heavy Industry 80-ton truck cranes, and portable anchor point fixing systems, and organize rope rescue technical backbones to complete the site setting and testing of eight major subjects in advance to ensure that they meet the requirements of the event. Hunan Mobile selected 40 backbones with advanced operation qualifications for high-angle rescue ERE double rope technology to form a support team to carry out special tests on complex and difficult subjects such as long-span rope bridge construction and water wounded transfer, so as to provide a basis for the organizing committee to accurately grasp the progress and risk assessment of the competition; The whole process of simulating support drills focuses on strengthening coordination and emergency support capabilities, and at the same time carries out special training such as vehicle scheduling and logistics services to ensure the smooth connection of all links.
