Course background and significance
Vehicle accidents are one of the most common emergencies in modern society, and every action in the rescue process can directly affect the survival and recovery of the injured. According to statistics, up to 25% of trapped people suffer secondary injuries during rescue – not because of the accident itself, but because of insufficient rescue technology or improper operation.
We firmly believe that we cannot prevent accidents, but we can decide whether the injured person will be out of the hospital or pushed out of a wheelchair in the future through professional rescue.
This course is designed for fire rescue personnel, social rescue team members, and emergency rescue volunteers, aiming to systematically improve the actual combat capabilities of the whole process of vehicle accident scene assessment, demolition, fixation, and transfer, so that every rescue is safer, more efficient, and more humane.
Training content modules
The course is deeply integrated with "theory + practice", covering the whole process of rescue:
1. Vehicle accident type and injury identification
o Analysis of common collisions, rollovers, overlaps, suspensions and other scenarios
o Typical injury mode: key points for the protection of key parts such as the cervical spine, thoracic cavity, and pelvis
2. Modern rescue concepts and safety norms
o Secondary injury prevention strategies
o Identification of on-site hazards (circuits, oil circuits, airbags, new energy batteries, etc.)
3. Explanation and practical operation of rescue equipment system
o Hydraulic demolition tool set (shear, expander, jacker)
o Vehicle stabilization systems, airbag protection, glass management tools
o Casualty immobilization equipment (KED, spinal plank, neck brace)
4. Standardized rescue process drills
o 5-step rescue process: on-site assessment→ vehicle stability→ space to create → secure → safe transfer of the wounded
o 6-person team coordinated operations: commander, safety officer, medical personnel, operator, and driver cooperate
5. Special rescue of new energy vehicles
o Power off process for high-voltage electrical systems
o Battery structure risk identification and response
6. Scenario simulation and comprehensive assessment
o Real vehicle demolition drill (rollover, stacking, instrument panel intrusion, etc.)
o Teamwork and emergency response ability assessment
Training features:
✅ Small class teaching, each person gets started
✅ Real accident vehicles + full range of rescue equipment in actual combat
✅ Retired fire rescue instructors + front-line medical teams jointly taught
✅ Upon completion, a rescue capability certification certificate will be issued

4. Feedback from previous students
"I never realized that fixed vehicles are so important! Now every rescue will be stabilized first. "The power-off operation drill of new energy vehicles is very practical and avoids many potential dangers for us."
"The team division of labor drill has more than doubled the efficiency of on-site cooperation."
Round rescue is not only a technique, but also a reverence for life. Join us and guard every possible with professionalism!
